OUR Founder

Rich Girls, Real Women Inc was founded on August 2011 by Dana Lynn Kerns who believed all young ladies need and deserve the outreach to an organization that shows them how beautiful they are in their own skin.

Dana Lynn was born and raised in St. Louis, MO in a two parent household. She attended Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory High School and after graduating, went on to Lincoln University where she studied Psychology. During her time at LU, she worked as a camp counselor and after-school teacher for the Boys&Girls Club of the Capital City as well as a before care teacher for the YWCA before and after-care program.

At age 21, she became a mother but was determined to finish college, thus she moved back home after giving birth. She proceeded her studies in Clinical Child Psychology at University of Missouri-St. Louis until she fell ill on campus in 2006.

Since her recovery from bedridden, wheelchair-bound and

semi paralysis, she's raised her daughter, become a full time entrepreneur, mompreneur, motivational speaker, youth advocate and author.

She wants her story to encourage all young ladies that you can rise from anything and win!
